This notice covers the tradon.ie website. Tradon is based in Saggart, Dublin 24, Ireland. You can reach us about privacy at hello@tradon.ie.

What this website collects

Nothing that you type. The website has no forms, no accounts and no logins. It uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Like every website, the company that hosts it (Cloudflare) briefly handles technical details of each visit, such as your internet address, to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We do not use those details to identify you.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and stores nothing on your device. It shows us totals only, such as page views, how quickly pages load, which website sent a visitor, and the country and type of device. It does not identify you or follow you to other websites. When you contact us

If you WhatsApp, call, text or email us, we use your name, number or email and what you tell us only to reply and to talk about working together. We keep it for as long as we're in touch, and for up to two years afterwards unless you become a customer, in which case our customer terms apply. We never sell it or share it for marketing.

WhatsApp is run by Meta, and email passes through our email provider. Their own privacy terms apply to those services.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages are run under those companies' own privacy terms.
