How it works

One path.
Every job.

Request, quote, schedule, the work, the invoice, paid. The same six steps every time, so nothing falls between the cracks.

  1. 01

    A request comes in

By email, phone or your customer's own page. Bob, the helper in Tradon, reads it and fills in the customer, the address and what's wrong. A person checks it and presses Accept.

  2. 02

A quote, if you need one

Priced from your own price list and sent by email. The customer can say yes with one tap.

  3. 03

    It goes on the schedule

Pick the day and the technician. The customer is told the time, and the job lands on your lad's phone.

  4. 04

    The job gets done

Photos, notes, checklist, certificate and the customer's signature, all saved on the job, not in a WhatsApp chat.

  5. 05

    The invoice is ready

Made the moment the job is finished, with Irish VAT worked out line by line. You check it and press Send.

  6. 06

    You get paid

Polite reminders go out until it's settled. If the job needs a yearly service, that reminder is set up too.

Getting started is a chat.
We do the setting up.

1. A free admin check

We talk about how your week runs now: where requests come from, how jobs get booked, how you invoice.

2. We set it up

Your customers, addresses, prices, job types and lads brought in. Your name on the emails and the customer page.

3. We keep watching

Every day we look for jobs not invoiced, requests not answered and services overdue, and help sort them.

The rule we never break

A person presses the button.

Tradon uses AI to read messy things: emails, merchant bills, rough notes. It never acts on its own. When money, a customer email or something the AI read is involved, a person checks it first.

Your records stay yours.
And stay true.

Download everything, any time

Everything your business has in Tradon, in one file, whenever you want it.

Sent invoices never change

A correction is a credit note, the way your accountant expects. History is never quietly rewritten.

Prices frozen when agreed

A quote's price and a customer's service price are kept as agreed, even if your price list changes later.
