Emails and the customer page carry your business name, not ours. Customers accept quotes, see invoices, answer their service reminder and send new requests with photos.

Talk to your customers however you like. The difference is that the job, the photos and the paperwork end up on the job record, not in a chat that gets cleared.
Mark a customer as a main contractor once. Every invoice to them goes out at 0% VAT with the reverse charge wording, and RCT deductions can be recorded when they pay. Your accountant still has the last word on tax.
